Our most adventurous couple to date! Directly after their wedding weekend, Sarah and John packed up their Sprinter van and set off on an eight-month journey around the United States for their honeymoon. This sense of adventure was seen in every aspect of their wedding weekend. They selected the top of Mammoth Mountain, in winter, which meant all the design and decor elements had to be brought to the top of the mountain in chairlifts (all the way up to the 11,000-foot summit). A normal walk down the aisle wasn't exciting enough for this groom, so John was airlifted via helicopter to the ceremony site for quite the entrance. The night ended in an epic firework display with roaring fire pits complete with s'mores, cozy blankets and hot toddies on the snow-covered mountaintop.
