sarah & matt | Malliouhana, Anguilla

It was important to Sarah and Matt to choose a location that was tropical, had amazing views, clear blue water, white sand beaches, and excellent service. All signs pointed toward the Caribbean, and Malliouhana was all that and more. This resort has plenty of activities to keep people busy or allows you to max and relax, enjoy the sunshine with a cocktail in hand, or zip around the island in a vibrant colored Moke Car. In lieu of the typical beach ceremony we chose the hotel's beautiful lobby, which looks out to the bright blue sea. We lightly adorned the arch of the building with foraged greens and accents of white floral bouganvillia. The winding aisle allowed for a unique and different setting and the reflective lobby tile created such a magical glow and twinkle against the ocean backdrop. Guests then transitioned to the restaurant deck to sip on some rum punch while watching the sunset, before making their way into the restaurant for the reception.
