Melanie & Mitchell | montecito, California

We created an intimate Montecito celebration for Melanie and Mitchell. The couple chose San Ysidro Ranch for their festivities – not only do the grounds speak for themselves, but the property and "Old Adobe" is full of charm and rich history. Guests were greeted on the lawn adjacent to the tiered rose garden for a pre-ceremony toast, followed by the couple's nuptials. We then invited guests to cocktail while wandering through the tiered gardens, sipping on blood orange margaritas and enjoying stone fruit jam and marinated fig crostinis.

During golden hour we escorted guests through the old adobe where they found their seat assignment, carrying on to the carriage house patio for dinner. For dinner, we incorporated a blend of rich and natural textures such as matching oak wood dining chairs and tables, layered blue ceramic dinnerware, etched stone table numbers and ivory sueded dinner menus. Sage green hurricane candles ran down the tables with compotes of seasonal floral and fruits. We wanted guests to feel comfortable and taken care of while enjoying an abundant tablescape inspired by summertime in Montecito.
